2. Age eligibility

BulPil products are intended for adults aged 18 years and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to purchase these products in your jurisdiction.

3. Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and intended use. Our products are wellness supplements and a personal lubricant — they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full before an order is dispatched.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within South Africa via courier. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging. Contact us to arrange a return before sending any item back.

7. Health and usage

Always read product labels and usage guidance before use. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, take chronic medication, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a pharmacist or doctor before purchasing or using it.

8. Limitation of liability
